First established in 2010 to run the Shared Apprenticeship Service, in partnership with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), Constructing the Future aim to connect ambitious, talented and hardworking apprentices with the perfect apprenticeship vacancy.

We make the process as straight forward as possible and manage any potential barriers which may have previously limited your career potential, such as paperwork, organising travel arrangements and opening up conversations with your employer about anything which may be of concern to you.

All this means you can focus your time and efforts on developing your career and skills.
