Our Shared Apprenticeship Scheme provides a low-risk and innovative way for contractors to contribute to apprenticeship training without the long-term commitment.

The Shared Apprenticeship Service is an innovative collaboration between CITB and regional partners. It has been established in response to industry demand as a way of providing construction contractors with an opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of an apprentice without the direct employment responsibility as this is taken up by the Shared Apprenticeship Service.
