Last month’s Burnley Bondholder Coffee and Collab event, facilitated by Burnley Borough Council and Calico, brought employers, partners and providers together to explore how we can support people to access, stay and thrive in employment, especially when facing health challenges or other barriers.
The event created a valuable space for collaboration, insight and practical solutions. We heard powerful contributions from:

Together, we explored:
