Cole joined the Steps to Employment programme in April 2025, seeking meaningful work within the mechanical and manufacturing sector.
With a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Cole had strong technical knowledge but wanted support to present his skills effectively to employers.
Working alongside the Steps to Employment team, we reviewed and rebuilt his CV to highlight his qualifications, practical skills, and relevant experience.
After focused job searching, Cole successfully secured a position at Hycaero as a Quality Assurance Inspector in the engineering sector.
