The UpSkilling Lancashire project is part-funded by The European Social Fund to provide free advice and support to Lancashire based SMEs and micro businesses. The aim of the project is to increase the skills and capability of employees, enabling local businesses to compete regionally, nationally and internationally.
What will this involve?
A member of the project team will visit you to discuss your business plans and objectives. They will support your business to identify, design, develop and implement work-force education and training linked to the needs of your business. The project also offers advice and guidance regarding networks for business support services.

Are you eligible?
To qualify for the UpSkilling Lancashire project, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Based in Lancashire
- Employ 250 employees or less
- Have either an annual turnover that is equal to or less than 50 million Euros or a balance sheet total that is equal to or less than 43 million Euros.
