Collette King – Collette is the Chair of the Calico Enterprise Board and Executive Director of Business Transformation at the First Ark Group.

Collette is a people focussed leader who believes that business success revolves around recognising and motivating employees and delivering real and sustainable value for customers. Collette has been a member of the CIPD for over 15 years.

Coming from a fast-paced commercial background, and specialising in HR, Change and Transformation,  Collette has spear-headed business transformation at the First Ark Group, remodelling processes to put customers at the heart of the business and empowering employees to make a real difference to the customer experience.

Collette is committed to a value driven business approach which achieves efficiency, better service for customers and seeks out ways of squeezing more social value from the Group’s spend and delivery approach.

Business transformation is central to First Ark’s ambitions for growth and Collette is completely committed to realising those ambitions through the power of putting people first.

Stephen Aggett – Stephen is an accountant with over 20 years’ experience of working with not-for-profit organisations. He is a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Shameem-Ara Khan

Shameem Ara Khan – Shameem has over 10 years experience working in the the housing and regeneration field. She has recently taken on the role of Programme Manager for Hestia Careers, a CIC created as part of the Anfield regeneration Programme, delivering employment and training opportunities in Liverpool.

Matthew Callcott

Matthew Callcott – Matthew has worked at The Regenda Group for over 15 years. Starting out as an Apprentice Office Junior, Matthew has performed a variety of roles in progressing his career and currently holds the position of Director of Business Services for Regenda’s repairs and maintenance subsidiary company, M&Y Maintenance and Construction. A qualified Health & Safety professional, Matthew also has extensive experience managing, risk, compliance, facilities management and customer care functions.

Angela Cunliffe – Angela is a qualified solicitor whose experience as a CAB adviser brings considerable knowledge of welfare rights and welfare reforms and their impact on vulnerable people. She combines working part-time for the Royal College of Nursing, representing nurses and carers with employment difficulties, alongside continuing to run her employment clinic for a local CAB.

Winn McGeorge – Winn is a member of the Board and is Chair of the Group Remuneration Committee. Winn is a Calico tenant and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing services for customers.

Vina Mistry

Vina Mistry – Vina is a qualified housing professional. Passionate about social housing, she brings experience of housing and neighbourhood management from across the North West.  Vina is Head of Housing – North and Interim Head of IQI for Saha.

Georgina Nolan – Georgina is a Member of the Board. A Project Manager at Aksa Homes (part of the New Charter Group), Georgina has over 15 years’ experience working in social housing. Georgina’s current work involves devising and implementing regeneration projects across Greater Manchester with a focus on developing employability skills, setting up social enterprise hubs and, most recently, working with a local theatre using performing arts as a tool to improve employability skills of Aksa Homes tenants.
